Working Principle
The drive converts input AC power through a rectifier to DC bus voltage, then uses a three-phase PWM inverter to output precise three-phase AC to drive the servo motor. The internal DSP continuously samples motor feedback signals and executes current, speed, and position three-loop closed-loop control algorithms.
Installation Requirements
- Must be installed inside a control cabinet with protection rating no less than IP20.
- Ensure adequate cooling space above and below the drive.
- Route power cables and signal cables separately to avoid electromagnetic interference.
- Must be reliably grounded through a low-impedance path.
Usage Notes
- Confirm power supply voltage matches the drive nameplate before powering on.
- Execute motor configuration and auto-tuning through setup software on first run.
- Regularly inspect cooling passages to prevent dust accumulation causing overheating.
- Wait for DC bus voltage to drop to a safe level before performing any maintenance after power disconnection.
