Working Principle DC24V power supply enters the light source through cable gland. Drive PCB supplies constant current to LED array. Optical lens shapes light into uniform linear light beam, illuminates moving packaging material surface. High contrast image of printing code and mark is captured by vision camera. Brightness adjustment circuit controls LED luminous intensity according to vision system command. Over-temperature protection circuit reduces brightness or cuts off LED power when overheating.
Installation Requirements Fix the light source on machine frame with mounting brackets, adjust illumination angle and working distance. Use shielded cable for DC24V power wiring. Tighten cable gland to maintain IP65 sealing. Connect light source to LAETUS vision controller. Power on, adjust brightness parameter and verify code reading image quality.
Usage Notes Do not look directly into LED light beam. Keep optical lens window clean, wipe dust and ink contamination regularly. Check sealing gasket integrity. Do not open sealed housing under power. Avoid strong mechanical impact on aluminum housing.
