Working Principle: HMI10-M REV203 communicates with SAACKE combustion controller via serial bus or Ethernet. It reads real-time combustion data and renders graphical display on TFT screen. Touch sensor captures operator touch input and transmits operation commands to combustion controller. Alarm events are stored in internal memory. Historical data and configuration parameters can be exported to USB flash drive. It supports parameter threshold setting for fuel pressure, air pressure and flame monitoring.

Installation Requirements:

  • Cut cabinet panel according to official cutout dimension drawing
  • Insert panel from cabinet front and fasten rear mounting clips
  • Use shielded twisted pair cable for serial communication wiring
  • Use shielded Ethernet cable for network connection
  • Connect DC24V power supply and protective earth
  • Maintain ambient temperature within -10 °C to +55 °C
  • Avoid installation position near burner ignition high voltage cables

Usage Notes:

  • Load SAACKE burner configuration project before commissioning
  • Verify communication parameter matching between HMI and combustion controller
  • Clean touch screen with soft cloth, avoid corrosive cleaning liquid
  • Check front sealing gasket integrity regularly to prevent water and dust ingress
  • Backup burner parameters to USB before firmware upgrade
  • Disconnect power supply before opening rear housing cover
