Structural Characteristics: Compact cylindrical motor body Front SB60 mounting flange Smooth solid output shaft Rear encoder housing and brake assembly Built‑in temperature sensing element embedded in stator winding Cable connector terminal box on motor side
Working Principle: Servo inverter supplies three‑phase sinusoidal current to stator winding. Alternating magnetic field interacts with permanent magnet on rotor to generate electromagnetic torque and drive motor rotation. AS1H absolute encoder continuously detects rotor absolute position and feeds signal back to servo inverter. Built‑in holding brake engages automatically when coil power cuts off to lock shaft and hold load. TF thermal contact detects stator winding temperature and sends temperature alarm signal when overheating occurs.
Installation Requirements: Mount motor flange rigidly to machine mechanical frame Ensure shaft alignment between motor and driven load to eliminate radial and axial offset Install in environment without continuous water spray, heavy dust or corrosive vapor Motor cable and encoder cable use SEW specified shielded cables Cable connectors fastened tightly
Precautions for Use: Do not apply heavy impact to motor shaft or encoder housing during handling Check brake release function before commissioning Do not exceed rated peak torque continuously Keep sealing gaskets intact to maintain IP65 protection Do not disassemble encoder or brake assembly without professional maintenance
