Working Principle: Three-phase AC power accesses power unit terminals. Rectifier circuit converts AC to DC bus voltage. IGBT power module outputs adjustable three-phase AC to drive synchronous servo motor. Encoder feeds rotor speed and absolute position signal back to control unit. CFC closed-loop vector algorithm calculates motor flux and output torque dynamically to adjust output voltage and frequency for high precision speed and position control. Regenerative energy during deceleration is consumed on external brake resistor through built-in brake chopper. Fault signal triggers hardware protection and cuts power output immediately.
