Working Principle: The module receives motion command from SIGMATEK CPU via VARAN bus. It samples encoder feedback signal and runs servo control algorithm to adjust PWM output. The power stage controls motor current to achieve precise position and speed tracking. STO circuit cuts off power output under safety trigger conditions. All fault signals are transmitted back to main controller through VARAN bus.

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on standard DIN rail inside electrical cabinet
  • Maintain natural ventilation space around module
  • Use shielded twisted pair cable for VARAN bus wiring
  • Separate motor power wiring from signal cables
  • Complete protective grounding of cabinet and module

Usage Notes:

  • Verify motor rated current matches drive capacity before commissioning
  • Check STO safety wiring logic before startup
  • Prevent dust and conductive contamination on circuit board
  • Do not exceed maximum bus cable length of VARAN network
  • Disconnect power supply before wiring modification
