Application Scenarios Industrial automation rack power supply; Heavy machinery control cabinet DC power; Renewable energy system power conversion; Telecommunication industrial power equipment; Off-grid monitoring station power supply; Railway auxiliary control equipment.

Performance Parameters Full load conversion efficiency remains high; Output voltage deviation under load fluctuation stays within specification; Protection response speed is rapid; Isolation voltage withstand capability meets industrial standard; Continuous full-load operating stability.

Material Composition Aluminum alloy metal housing; High-frequency power transformer; IGBT or MOSFET switching power devices; Rectifier diodes; Electrolytic and film capacitors; Voltage and current sampling circuits; Glass fiber printed circuit board; Screw high-current terminals.

Structural Features Fully enclosed metal casing; High-current screw terminals for DC input and DC output; Small signal connector for remote on/off; Internal heat sink attached to power semiconductors; Mounting holes on housing for chassis installation.

Working Principle DC input passes EMI filter and reverse polarity protection circuit. High frequency switching circuit converts input DC to high frequency AC signal via isolation transformer. Secondary side rectifier circuit converts AC signal into regulated 24V DC output. Sampling circuits continuously detect output voltage, current and internal temperature. When abnormal working state appears, control circuit shuts down power conversion. Remote control pin can turn on or turn off module operation externally.

Installation Requirements Mount module on flat metal base plate for heat dissipation; Use suitable wire gauge for input and output high current wiring; Tighten terminal screws to manufacturer torque specification; Connect module metal housing to protective earth; Maintain air circulation around module surface.

Precautions for Use Do not touch internal components after power off before capacitor discharge completes; Avoid continuous short-circuit operation; Keep total connected load power below rated 600W; Remove dust accumulation from housing regularly; Do not install module in sealed enclosure without heat dissipation design.
