Structural Features Enclosed metal casing; Screw terminals for high power input and output; Signal connector for power good and remote control; Internal heat sink bonded to power components; Mounting holes for fixed installation on chassis.
Working Principle DC input voltage passes input filter and reverse polarity protection circuit. High frequency switching circuit converts input DC into high frequency AC through transformer. The secondary side rectifies AC back to stable 48V DC output. Voltage and current sampling circuits continuously monitor output condition. Once overvoltage, overcurrent or overtemperature detected, control circuit cuts off power output and changes power good signal state. Remote on/off pin enables or disables converter operation.
Installation Requirements Mount module on flat metal surface for heat conduction; Tighten high-power terminal screws to specified torque; Input and output wiring cross-section matches rated current; Protective earth wire must connect to metal housing; Reserve airflow space around module.
Precautions for Use Wait for internal capacitor discharge after power off before opening housing; Do not operate continuously under output short-circuit state; Confirm total load power does not exceed 600W rating; Periodically clean dust on metal housing; Check terminal tightness under vibration environment.
