Working Principle: Sensor dynamic signals enter CMC16 through paired rear IOC terminal card. Analog conditioning circuit filters and amplifies input signals. 24-bit ADC converts analog signals into digital data. Onboard DSP processor executes FFT, order tracking and waveform processing algorithms. Processed spectrum, waveform and trend data are transferred to CPUM via rack backplane bus, then uploaded to VibroSight software for display and storage. The module continuously checks signal health and sends fault warning to rack controller when sensor failure occurs.
Installation Requirements: Insert CMC16 card to front slot of ABE040 VM600 rack, match corresponding rear I/O terminal card. Use shielded twisted pair cables for all sensor signal wiring. Separate analog sensor cables and high power cables. Install rack in ventilated IP20 cabinet. Complete protective earth bonding for rack.
Usage Notes: Configure sampling frequency and filter parameters according to machine rotating speed range. Backup channel configuration before card replacement. Power off rack before plugging or unplugging the card. Verify sensor signal quality after commissioning. Periodically check cable connection tightness for vibration environment.
