Functional Features Collect real-time temperature signals from thermocouples and RTD sensors. Compare measured temperature with user-defined setpoint and execute PID operation. Output control signals to solid-state relays, contactors or analog regulators to adjust heating power. Trigger alarm output when temperature exceeds high limit or low limit threshold. Store temperature setpoints, PID parameters and alarm thresholds in non-volatile memory. Support remote parameter modification and temperature data uploading through communication interfaces. Run self-diagnosis to detect sensor open circuit and short circuit faults.
Application Scenarios Industrial oven temperature control, plastic extrusion heating zones, semiconductor thermal processing equipment, packaging heat sealing stations, laboratory thermal test furnaces.
Performance Parameters High temperature measurement accuracy. Stable PID regulation under thermal load changes. Fast response to temperature deviation. Adjustable alarm dead band. Support multiple sensor types without hardware modification.
Material Composition Main control PCB uses FR-4 flame-retardant multilayer substrate. Signal conditioning circuit uses precision amplifier chips. Output drive components include optocouplers and relay elements. Front panel is flame-retardant ABS plastic. Shell is metal stamping part. Terminal block contacts adopt nickel-plated copper alloy.
Structural Characteristics Panel-mounted rectangular housing. Front panel integrates digital display, setting keys and alarm LED indicators. Rear side has screw terminals for sensor wiring, power supply and control output. Internal circuit separates low-level temperature signal sampling area and high-power output drive area. Mounting clips are equipped for panel cutout installation.
Working Principle Temperature sensors transmit thermal signals to the signal conditioning circuit of the controller. The internal microprocessor converts the signal into temperature value and compares it with the set target value. The PID algorithm calculates the required output power, and the drive circuit controls the heating or cooling actuator. When the temperature reaches the alarm threshold, the alarm relay acts and sends abnormal signals to the external system.
Installation Requirements Process a standard rectangular cutout on the control panel and fix the controller with matching mounting clips. Connect temperature sensors, power supply and load control wiring to rear terminals. Select sensor type, set temperature setpoint and tune PID parameters through front keys. Conduct heating test and alarm function verification after wiring completion.
Precautions for Use Lay thermocouple compensation cables according to sensor specifications to avoid measurement error. Do not exceed the rated voltage and current of output relay contacts. Prevent high-temperature radiant heat from directly acting on the controller housing. Regularly check the aging condition of temperature sensors.
