Working Principle
The controller continuously monitors generator and mains parameters. During AMF mode, it starts the engine and closes the generator breaker upon detecting valid output. In parallel mode, it synchronizes the generator to the bus and adjusts fuel and excitation to share load proportionally. It continuously checks for fault conditions and initiates protective shutdowns as needed.
Installation Requirements
- Mount in a suitable enclosure with adequate ventilation and protection.
- Connect all sensors, actuators, and power supplies according to the wiring diagram.
- Configure parameters to match the specific generator and application.
Usage Precautions
- Always verify protection settings and trip functions before commissioning.
- Perform regular maintenance and functional testing as per the manual.
- Keep firmware and configuration backups up to date.
