- Internal Components: High-grade electronic components optimized for high-efficiency power conversion.
- Terminals: Heavy-duty screw terminals for secure and reliable field wiring.
Working Principle:
The module accepts a wide range of AC input voltages, rectifies and filters the power, and utilizes high-frequency switching technology to step down and regulate the voltage to a precise 24V DC output. The power boost function temporarily increases the current limit to accommodate motor inrush currents before returning to the nominal 40A continuous rating.
Installation Requirements:
- Mounting: Securely snap the module onto a standard DIN rail within the control cabinet.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate clearance and airflow around the module, as overheating will reduce the lifespan of the power supply.
- Wiring: Strictly adhere to local electrical codes and verify polarity before applying power.
Usage Precautions:
- Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning to prevent dust accumulation and periodically check firmware versions if applicable.
- Handling: Avoid exposing the module to extreme mechanical shock or corrosive atmospheres.
- Calibration: Routine calibration is generally not required unless the module is operated under extreme conditions.
