Working Principle: The board collects field voltage and field current feedback signals from excitation power circuit. Signals pass through isolation amplifier to isolate high voltage side and low voltage control side. It receives digital control pulses from main controller and transmits these commands to thyristor power converter. It detects abnormal field circuit conditions and sends fault alarm signals back to main controller.

  • Install into standard rack inside excitation cabinet
  • Implement anti-static protection during handling
  • Check backplane connector condition before inserting card
  • Maintain cabinet temperature within rated range
  • Complete reliable protective grounding of cabinet

Usage Notes:

  • Cut off all high voltage and control power before removing or inserting the board
  • Wear anti-static wristband when handling PCB
  • Avoid contamination on gold-plated connector pins
  • Regularly inspect LED status during operation
  • Prevent dust buildup on circuit board
