Description
Beckhoff CP7002-0001-0010
Technical Specifications Display: 15-inch TFT LCD, native resolution 1024 × 768 pixels; front protection rating IP65; aluminum alloy front housing; integrated touchscreen plus mechanical function keys with LED indicators; CP-Link high-speed remote panel interface; two BNC backplane connectors for CP-Link communication; power supply 24 VDC; operating ambient temperature 0 ℃ to 55 ℃; mounting holes adopt 4 × M6 threaded holes; overall weight 5.0 kg; mechanical depth 30 mm, width 390 mm, length 420 mm.
Functional Features CP-Link transmission separates HMI hardware from main industrial PC, which places computing unit in electrical cabinet while only the front panel mounts on machine arm; supports Windows embedded operating system for TwinCAT visualization runtime; tactile membrane keys provide direct machine operation without touching screen; front panel sealing resists splashing liquid, dust and fine particles; real-time display of process alarms, axis status and recipe parameters; supports user login authority management and recipe call operation.
Application Scenarios Machine tool operating stations, plastic injection molding machine HMI, packaging line control panels, logistics sorting equipment, woodworking machinery and metal processing automation.
Material Composition Front frame: extruded aluminum alloy; protective window: scratch-resistant hardened glass; housing rear shell: flame-retardant engineering plastic; internal PCB: FR4 multilayer industrial printed circuit board; membrane switch with conductive silver ink; IP65-rated sealed cable glands and locking connectors.
Structural Characteristics Panel mount design, only 4 mm front thickness protruding out of cabinet plate; clamping lever fasteners for quick installation without extra loose fasteners; rear side reserves CP-Link BNC connectors and power terminals; internal layout isolates display drive circuit, touch signal circuit and key matrix circuit to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Working Principle The remote main IPC sends image frames and touch command data through CP-Link differential signal to this panel unit. The built-in display controller renders graphics on LCD. Touch and key signals captured by front panel are transmitted back to main IPC for TwinCAT HMI runtime processing. The panel does not execute motion or logic control independently, and only acts as remote visualization and input terminal.
Installation Requirements Use matching mounting arm adapter plate; install in control cabinet cutout and lock clamping levers evenly; route CP-Link coaxial cable with specified bending radius and avoid parallel laying with high-power inverter cables; single-point ground cable shield inside cabinet; maintain natural convection clearance around rear housing.
Operation Notes Do not scratch front hardened glass with hard tools; power off before disassembly of BNC connectors; avoid long-term exposure to cutting oil mist and corrosive solvent vapor; inspect sealing gasket integrity after repeated panel removal.
