Functional Features Integrated PLC logic control and touchscreen visualization in one hardware unit. Resistive touch panel supports operation with gloves in industrial workshop environments. Real-time operating system ensures deterministic execution of machine control tasks. Multiple standard communication interfaces connect to servo drives, frequency converters and remote I/O stations. On-board flash memory stores user application programs, recipe data and alarm logs. Built-in real-time clock records timestamp for production events and fault messages. Supports recipe management, alarm display, trend curve monitoring and manual operation panel functions. Front panel IP65 protection prevents liquid splash and dust intrusion on machine cabinet surface. Support remote program download, online debugging and firmware upgrade via Ethernet.

Application Scenarios Packaging machinery, plastic injection molding machines, textile production equipment, material handling systems, small automated assembly stations, printing machinery, food processing automatic equipment.

Performance Parameters The real-time control cycle maintains stable microsecond-level task scheduling without jitter. Touch panel maintains stable touch response under continuous repeated pressing operation. Display screen keeps consistent brightness and color performance within the full operating temperature range. Internal flash memory realizes reliable long-term storage of user programs and historical data. Communication interfaces maintain stable data transmission under industrial electromagnetic interference environment. The battery backup RTC keeps accurate time recording after main power disconnection.

Material Composition Front panel: Reinforced polyester plastic with scratch-resistant coating. Display window: Hardened anti-scratch glass. Internal circuit board: FR4 multi-layer industrial printed circuit board with conformal coating. Core electronic components: Industrial processor, flash memory chip, RAM chip, touch control IC, communication transceiver chip, voltage regulator module, backup battery. Housing: Black flame-retardant engineering plastic rear enclosure. Sealing part: Elastic silicone rubber sealing gasket. Fasteners: Stainless steel fixing screws and panel mounting clips.

Structural Features Flat panel structure designed for cabinet cutout installation. Front panel integrates touch glass, TFT display and status indicator LEDs. Silicone sealing gasket is installed between front panel and cabinet cutout to realize IP65 sealing. Rear enclosure accommodates main control circuit board, terminal block and communication connectors. Metal mounting clips are equipped on rear housing for fast clamping and fixing on cabinet plate. Internal layout separates display driving circuit, control logic circuit and power supply circuit to reduce signal interference. Terminal blocks and communication ports are arranged on the rear side for wiring operation inside control cabinet.

Working Principle After 24VDC power supply connects to the unit, the on-board power module supplies power to processor, display and peripheral circuits. The processor loads Automation Runtime system and user application program stored in flash memory. Touch detection circuit collects touch coordinate signals from front touch panel and transmits coordinate data to main processor. The processor executes PLC control logic, reads I/O status and communicates with field devices through bus interfaces. The graphic display driver refreshes screen pages including production data, alarm information and manual control buttons on TFT screen. The RTC module continuously records system time. When power failure occurs, backup battery maintains RTC operation and preserves stored recipe and log data.

Installation Requirements Cut matching rectangular opening on the front plate of control cabinet according to dimension drawing. Place the unit from front side into cabinet cutout, install mounting clips on rear housing and tighten clips evenly. Check silicone gasket complete fit between panel and cabinet plate to guarantee sealing performance. Connect 24VDC power cable, communication cables and I/O signal cables to rear terminals. Use shielded cables for Ethernet and serial communication wiring, and complete single-point shielding grounding. Keep ventilation space on rear side of the unit inside cabinet, avoid heat accumulation. Power on after all wiring inspection, download application program via Automation Studio software and complete touch screen calibration.

Usage Precautions Clean touch glass only with soft dry cloth, do not use corrosive solvent or abrasive cleaning agent. Do not apply sharp hard objects to scratch touch panel surface. Keep cabinet surrounding environment without continuous liquid spraying, even though front panel reaches IP65 rating. Check backup battery status periodically, replace battery before voltage drops to prevent time and data loss. Do not open rear plastic housing without authorization, internal circuit contains static sensitive chips. Avoid strong vibration impact on the installed panel. Disconnect power supply before plugging or unplugging communication cables.
