  • Factory captive power plant paralleling
  • Data center backup generator
  • OEM genset automation

Materials and Construction

  • Housing: Flame-retardant engineering plastic
  • Front panel: LCD and pushbuttons
  • PCB: FR4 board
  • Relays: Industrial relays
  • Terminals: Screw terminals
  • Seal: Panel gasket

Structural Features

  • Panel/DIN rail square housing
  • Front panel LCD, pushbuttons, LEDs
  • Rear CT/PT, power, control, communication terminals
  • Internal measurement, control, output
  • Fanless cooling
  • Removable terminals

Working Principle CT/PT signals are sampled to compute voltage, current, power, and frequency. The protection CPU compares measured values to settings; on violation it outputs relay trip contacts. The controller executes generator start, paralleling, and load sharing per pushbutton and communication commands. LCD displays live parameters. Events are logged.

Installation Requirements

  • Panel or DIN rail mount
  • Connect CT secondary wires
  • Connect PT secondary wires
  • Wire breaker control
  • Power supply
  • Grounding
  • Temperature -25 °C to +70 °C
  • Set generator parameters after power-up
  • Set protection values

Precautions

  • CT secondary must not open-circuit
  • PT secondary must not short-circuit
  • Set protection values per generator nameplate
  • Periodically perform function tests
  • Store spares in dry environment
  • RS485 A/B polarity
