Working Principle
The FBM222 acts as a PROFIBUS master, actively polling connected slave devices over the redundant RS-485 network. It translates the PROFIBUS data into the Foxboro Distributed Control Interface (DCI) format, allowing the FCP to process the field data seamlessly.

- Must be paired with the appropriate FBMSVH or FBM223 Termination Assembly (TA).
