Working Principle
As a processor, it collects data via the fieldbus, executes control algorithms, and synchronizes data with host computers via a 100Mbps Ethernet network. As a cable, it safely and stably transmits power between devices.
Installation Requirements
- The module must be installed in designated control station rack slots.
- The cable must be securely connected to avoid pulling.
- Ensure redundant power supplies are connected correctly.
Usage Precautions
- Strictly prohibited to forcefully remove the processor module while the system is running.
- Regularly perform redundancy switching tests to ensure the backup module is in a ready state.
- Observe the bending radius during cable installation to avoid excessive bending.
