Functional Features It collects analog signals from ordinary two-wire transmitters and self-powered sensors without HART function. Hardware filter suppresses power frequency interference. It detects loop disconnection and signal over-range. It supports hot swap and redundant configuration with corresponding redundant IOTA. It uploads measurement value and fault information to C300 controller according to fixed scan cycle.

Working Principle Field analog signal enters the matching TAIX IOTA base, and is sent to CC-PAIX01 after signal conditioning. The module completes A/D conversion, converts analog quantity into digital engineering value, and transmits data and diagnosis status to C300 controller through backplane bus. The module judges the fault state of the loop by detecting the change of signal amplitude and loop impedance.
Installation Requirements Vertically installed in Series C I/O rack and matched with TAIX IOTA base. Analog signal cable adopts shielded twisted pair with single-point grounding in cabinet. Signal wire and power cable are separated. Cabinet grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
Usage Notes This module does not support HART communication, and HART smart transmitters cannot read secondary variables through this card. Switch the related loop to manual before online replacement. It is forbidden to access AC high voltage signal.
