Working Principle The uplink port of CC-PCF901 receives FTE data from upper control network. The module forwards legal control message to downlink Series C I/O nodes and controllers according to pre-configured firewall access rules. It filters abnormal and unauthorized network packets. It monitors the health of each FTE port. When a link is abnormal, FTE protocol automatically switches the transmission path and generates event logs.
Installation Requirements Install on CC-TCF901 dedicated IOTA termination base. Tighten the fixing screw with No.2 Phillips screwdriver to the specified torque. Use Honeywell original FTE network cable for all ports. Control network and office network are physically isolated. Cabinet grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
Usage Notes Do not use electric screwdriver to tighten module fixing screws to avoid screw head damage. The firewall access rules must be verified before online operation. The module belongs to end-of-life hardware, and only the same model can be used for replacement.
