Honeywell UDA2182-CC1-CC2-NN-N-0000-EE-000

Product Introduction The UDA2182 is Honeywell universal dual-channel analytical transmitter for liquid analytical measurement. It supports two independent measurement channels to detect conductivity, pH, ORP and other water quality parameters simultaneously. The transmitter converts sensor analog signal into 4-20mA output and digital communication signal, showing measurement value on local display. It is widely deployed in water treatment, power plant boiler water and chemical process liquid analysis.

Working Principle Each channel receives weak signal from pH, conductivity or ORP sensor. High impedance sampling circuit processes raw sensor signal, onboard processor calculates physical value according to sensor characteristic curve. Measured value shows on local display and converts to 4-20mA analog signal. HART protocol transmits digital measurement and diagnostic data to DCS system. The analyzer monitors sensor signal continuously and triggers alarm when sensor failure occurs.

Installation Requirements Install inside dry control cabinet; Sensor cable uses low-noise shielded cable; Keep sensor cable away from power cable; Power supply stable; Cabinet grounding must be reliable.

Precautions for Use Perform regular calibration with standard buffer solution; Keep sensor cable connector clean and dry; Do not apply overvoltage to sensor terminals; Check sensor diagnostic information periodically; Calibration operation should be completed under stable ambient temperature.
