Working Principle: The module operates on the Trusted operating system with a high-speed kernel providing memory management and basic services. A modular watchdog monitors processor operation and power supply unit output voltage. Dual redundant power inputs from the chassis backplane ensure continuous operation. The onboard power supply unit provides voltage conversion and power regulation.
Installation Requirements:
- Install in T8100 or T8300 I/O module slot
- Proper chassis grounding mandatory
- Ethernet cables must be shielded and properly terminated
- Serial cable shielding must be connected at one end only
Usage Precautions:
- Take proper ESD precautions before installation
- Do not touch connector pins directly
- Inspect module for physical damage before installation
- Secure ejector latch fully after insertion
- Record fault codes before performing fault reset
- Firmware upgrades should be performed by qualified personnel
