Working Principle: Field 120 VAC discrete‑switch signals transmit through matched FTA termination‑assembly and dedicated ribbon‑cable to T8424 input channels. Each channel signal sends to three independent internal TMR sampling slices simultaneously. Each slice completes AC‑signal rectification and signal‑state discrimination. Hardware‑voting circuit executes 2‑out‑of‑3 voting for three‑group signal‑state results, outputs final valid switch‑state data. Valid data transmits to Trusted processor module via IMB backplane bus. On‑board monitoring circuit continuously monitors signal‑input state and internal‑circuit temperature. When channel‑abnormality or internal‑hardware‑fault occurs, module generates timestamped fault‑alarm and uploads fault‑information to main system. Single‑slice sampling‑circuit fault will not affect validity of whole‑channel signal‑voting‑result.
