Structural Features: The AKM5 frame features a 165mm diameter flange with a larger bearing assembly compared to AKM4, supporting higher radial and axial loads. Working Principle: The motor operates as a three-phase PMSM with the same electromagnetic principles as other AKM series motors. The larger frame size accommodates a larger stator diameter and more active material, resulting in higher torque output. The SFD feedback device provides high-resolution absolute position information to the drive for precise closed-loop control.
