Material Composition
Industrial-grade power electronics with onboard EMC filtering. Robust housing designed for panel mounting in control cabinets.
Structural Features
Compact design with integrated power and braking resistors. MMC card slot for field parameter backup. Multiple communication and feedback connectors.
Working Principle
The drive connects directly to the grounded AC mains, converts the input through a rectifier stage to DC bus voltage, and uses a PWM inverter to deliver precisely controlled three-phase AC to the servo motor. The digital control system executes high-speed current, speed, and position loops while the IEC 61131 macro programming language provides flexible onboard motion logic.
Installation Requirements
- Must be connected to a grounded power supply.
- Install in a control cabinet with adequate ventilation.
- Use the MMC card to back up parameters before commissioning.
- Configure safety functions according to the application safety requirements.
Usage Notes
- Verify the input voltage range matches the site power supply (110–480VAC).
- Use the auto-tuning function for initial commissioning.
- Back up parameters and firmware to the MMC card for field replacement.
- Configure safety expansion cards according to the required SIL level.
- Ensure single-cable feedback connections are properly terminated.
