Structural Features
Compact single-axis design with approximately 40mm width. Standardized connectors for power, motor, feedback, and communication. Compatible with S200 series ecosystem.
Working Principle
The drive receives position, speed, or torque commands from the host computer via communication interfaces such as SynqNet. The internal processor calculates drive signals using PID control algorithms, dynamically adjusts output by combining real-time position and speed feedback from the motor, and uses IGBT power modules to convert DC power into three-phase AC to drive the servo motor. The encoder feeds back position and speed information in real time, and the drive compares feedback signals with command signals to form closed-loop adjustment.
Installation Requirements
- Install in a control cabinet with IP20 or higher protection
- Ensure operating temperature remains within 0°C to 40°C
- Connect power supply matching the rated voltage range
- Connect feedback devices (EnDat, incremental encoder, or resolver) according to the wiring diagram
- Ensure proper grounding and cable shielding
