Working Principle Field contact or sensor DC24V signals enter module through front terminal blocks. Signals pass optocoupler isolation circuits and debounce filter. The onboard logic circuit converts raw signal into digital state. Data of all 32 channels is packaged and sent to main controller through rack backplane bus. The module continuously monitors input circuit integrity and reports abnormal channel to main controller. LED indicator shows real-time on/off state of each input channel.
