Working Principle: AC input voltage passes through EMI filter and rectifier circuit to become DC bus voltage. High frequency switching circuit converts DC bus to high frequency AC. High frequency transformer steps down voltage, then rectifier and filter circuit produce stable 24V DC output. Feedback circuit monitors output voltage and adjusts switching duty cycle to maintain constant output. Protection circuit triggers shutdown when abnormal condition occurs.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount on standard DIN rail inside electrical cabinet
- Reserve vertical clearance for natural convection cooling
- Keep away from heat generating components
- Separate input mains wiring from low voltage DC output wiring
- Complete protective earth connection
Usage Notes:
- Confirm input AC voltage range before power on
- Do not exceed rated 10A output current
- Check terminal tightness periodically
- Avoid installation in high moisture and dusty environment
- Disconnect mains input before wiring modification
