Structural Characteristics: Vertical compact modular cabinet mounting structure, DIN rail buckles and screw holes on rear Front LED indicators for running, fault and bus state Upper section main circuit terminals, lower section control signal terminals Side slots reserved for communication option cards Power cavity and signal cavity physically separated to reduce electromagnetic interference
Working Principle: Three-phase AC power enters main circuit terminals. Rectifier bridge converts AC to DC bus voltage. IGBT inverter outputs adjustable three-phase AC to drive synchronous servo motor. Encoder transmits rotor speed and position feedback signal to inverter. CFC closed-loop vector algorithm continuously computes motor flux and torque to dynamically adjust output voltage and frequency to realize high-precision closed-loop speed regulation. Regenerative energy during deceleration flows through built-in brake chopper and dissipates in external brake resistor. Fault triggers hardware protection, cuts power output, lights fault indicator and saves fault code and detailed operating data in memory.
Installation Requirements: Vertical upright installation only inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted or horizontal installation forbidden Reserve sufficient upper and lower cooling space and do not block air channel Separate power and signal cable routing, all signal cables use shielded cable Input three-phase voltage matches nameplate rating Cabinet environment excludes dust, corrosive gas and condensation PE protective earth terminal fastened reliably Encoder cable uses SEW dedicated shielded cable
Precautions for Use: Wait at least 10 minutes after power-off for full discharge of DC bus capacitor before cover opening and maintenance Verify input voltage before power-on Complete full motor identification in commissioning Capacitors and surge absorbers cannot be paralleled on output side Clean heat sink dust regularly to prevent overtemperature protection ESD anti-static protection required for plugging communication cards External brake resistor must match specification, brake terminal short-circuit prohibited STO safety wiring strictly follows safety manual
