Working Principle: Three-phase AC power enters the rectifier module and converts to stable DC bus voltage. IGBT inverter module converts DC power to adjustable three-phase AC to drive motor. Encoder collects rotor speed and position signal and feeds back to control unit. Control unit uses vector algorithm to adjust output voltage and frequency continuously to realize closed-loop speed and position control. Regenerative energy during deceleration is consumed through brake chopper and external brake resistor. Hardware protection triggers immediately when fault appears, cuts power output and records fault codes. Multiple inverters can connect DC bus to share regenerative energy.
Installation Requirements: Vertical upright installation only inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted or horizontal installation forbidden Reserve cooling space up and down, keep fan inlet and outlet unobstructed Power cable, encoder cable and communication cable adopt separate wiring channels, all signal cables use shielded type Input voltage must match nameplate specification Cabinet environment without dust, corrosive gas and condensation PE ground terminal firmly connected to cabinet ground busbar Encoder cable uses SEW dedicated shielded cable Install metal shielding cover after expansion card installation
Precautions for Use: Wait at least 10 minutes after power off for capacitor full discharge before opening cover for maintenance Check three-phase voltage balance before power on Complete motor identification during commissioning No parallel capacitors on inverter output side Clean heat sink and fan dust regularly to prevent over temperature Use ESD protection when installing expansion cards External brake resistor must match drive rating, short circuit of brake terminal is forbidden STO safety wiring strictly follows official safety manual
