Working Principle: Three-phase AC power enters power unit and is converted to DC bus voltage by rectifier bridge. High-power IGBT module converts DC into variable voltage variable frequency three-phase AC to drive large synchronous servo motor. Encoder transmits rotor position and speed feedback signal to control unit. CFC closed-loop vector algorithm calculates motor flux and torque in real time and adjusts output voltage and frequency continuously to realize high precision motion control. Regenerative energy generated in deceleration process flows through built-in brake chopper and dissipates on external brake resistor. Hardware protection circuit cuts power output immediately once fault is detected.
Installation Requirements: Vertical upright installation inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted or horizontal installation forbidden Reserve sufficient ventilation space, cooling fan air inlet and outlet cannot be blocked Power cables and signal cables must be separated, signal cables use shielded cables Three-phase input voltage must conform to nameplate specification Installation environment must avoid dust, corrosive gas and condensation PE protective earth terminal must be reliably fastened to ground busbar Encoder cable uses SEW dedicated shielded cable
Precautions for Use: Wait at least 20 minutes after power off to finish capacitor discharge before opening cover for maintenance Check three-phase voltage balance before power-on Complete motor parameter identification in commissioning stage No parallel capacitors or surge absorbers on output terminals Clean cooling fan and heat sink dust regularly ESD anti-static protection is required when installing communication expansion cards External brake resistor must match rated power, short circuit of brake terminals is strictly prohibited STO safety wiring must comply with official safety manual
