Working Principle: Three-phase AC power enters the main circuit. The rectifier unit converts it into a DC bus voltage. The IGBT inverter unit outputs adjustable three-phase AC to drive the motor. The DEH11B card acquires encoder position and speed signals and feeds them to the control unit for closed-loop vector control. The DFE24B bus card handles data exchange between the host controller and the drive, receiving positioning, speed and torque commands. Regenerative energy during deceleration is dissipated by the brake chopper into the external brake resistor. On fault, the hardware circuit cuts power output and saves fault codes. Multiple drives can be interconnected through the DC bus to share regenerative energy.
