Description
Tennant 1031011
Technical Specifications Designed for Tennant scrubber machine power system; multi-channel digital and analog signal input; relay and MOSFET power output; equipped with status indicator lights; matched wiring terminal definition for scrubber harness.
Functional Features Reads operation switch signals from the operator control panel. Collects liquid level, brush pressure and battery voltage sensor signals. Controls the start and stop of brush motor, suction motor and travel motor. Generates fault alarm signals for low battery, water shortage and motor overload.
Application Scenarios Commercial and industrial Tennant floor scrubber machines used in warehouses, shopping centers, factory workshops and large public building cleaning operations.
Performance Parameters Stable logic operation under vehicle vibration; overload protection for output channels; reliable signal acquisition from machine sensors; fault code output for maintenance diagnosis.
Material Composition Circuit substrate is FR-4 flame-retardant printed circuit board; power drive components are industrial grade semiconductors; connector terminals are tin-plated copper; conformal coating covers the circuit surface for moisture and dust resistance.
Structural Characteristics Rectangular printed circuit board; multi-group plug-in connectors for machine wiring harness; surface mounted status LEDs; fixing holes for installation inside the scrubber electrical compartment.
Working Principle When the operator activates function switches, the control board receives switch signals. Sensor signals such as battery voltage and water tank level are sampled by the analog input circuit. The on-board microcontroller runs the scrubber control program and sends drive signals to each motor according to operating logic. The board triggers protection shutdown when overload or abnormal sensor values are detected.
Installation Requirements Disconnect the scrubber main battery power before replacement. Remove the old control board and align the mounting holes for the new board. Reconnect all wiring harness connectors according to the marking. Test brush, vacuum and travel functions after assembly.
Precautions for Use Keep the board away from cleaning liquid and moisture. Confirm the part number matches the specific Tennant scrubber model. Do not touch circuit components with bare hands during replacement.
