Functional Features Galvanic isolation between control input circuit and power contact circuit; Main contact and auxiliary feedback contact integrated in single unit; Built-in RC surge absorber for inductive load; LED indicator displays energized or de-energized state; Fast contact switching action; Auxiliary contact sends feedback signal to PLC or monitoring system; Anti-arc structure extends contact service life.
Application Scenarios Motor control center auxiliary control circuit; Power distribution cabinet interlock control; Factory conveyor motor auxiliary switching; Pump and fan control panel; Building power automation system; Marine low voltage control cabinet.
Performance Parameters Contact switching speed maintains stable response; Arc suppression reduces contact ablation; Auxiliary contact feedback signal has no delay; Coil pull-in voltage characteristic stable; Vibration resistance meets industrial panel requirement.
Material Composition Flame-retardant plastic enclosure; Electromagnetic coil with copper winding; Iron magnetic core assembly; Silver alloy main and auxiliary contacts; Arc extinguishing component; RC surge suppression circuit; Steel clamping spring; Screw terminal blocks.
Structural Features Compact rectangular DIN rail housing; Top and bottom screw terminals for coil and load wiring; Front panel LED indicator; Internal arc chamber structure for main contacts; Separated coil chamber and contact chamber inside unit; Back side DIN rail snap clip.
Working Principle When control DC24V signal applies to internal coil, electromagnetic force pulls armature to actuate contact assembly. Main contacts close to connect power load circuit, and auxiliary contacts change state to output feedback signal. When coil power cuts off, spring force resets armature and contacts return original state. The built-in RC circuit absorbs surge voltage generated during switching of inductive loads and protects contact surface from electric arc damage.
Installation Requirements Mount vertically on standard DIN rail inside control cabinet; Separate control signal wiring and power load wiring; Tighten terminal screws to specified torque; Cabinet protective earth connection must be implemented; Keep enough clearance between adjacent units for heat dissipation.
Precautions for Use Do not exceed rated contact voltage and current; Verify coil voltage matches control power before power on; Periodically inspect contact surface after long-time operation; Avoid
