Application Scenarios Hydraulic system overpressure protection; Compressor high pressure alarm; Offshore equipment fluid pressure interlock; Process pipeline pressure safety alarm; Heavy machinery lubrication pressure monitoring; Pumps pressure trip protection.
Performance Parameters Switch point repeatability is stable; Snap action trigger speed is fast; Wetted material corrosion resistance meets industrial standard; Contact mechanical life cycle is long; Vibration environment has no false tripping.
Material Composition Stainless steel wetted pressure sensing element; Alloy mechanical spring assembly; Silver alloy electrical contact; Metal housing; Threaded process connection port; Sealing gasket made of high temperature resistant elastomer.
Structural Features Compact metal housing; Bottom threaded process port connecting pressure pipeline; Side electrical wiring terminal cavity; Internal spring and diaphragm sensing assembly; Sealed wiring chamber for electrical terminals; Set point adjustment screw accessible from outside.
Working Principle Process fluid pressure acts on internal diaphragm or piston sensing element. When pressure rises to preset threshold, sensing element pushes mechanical spring assembly. Snap action mechanism drives electrical contact to switch state immediately. When pressure drops below reset threshold, contact returns to original state. Mechanical contact signal connects to safety interlock circuit to trigger alarm or equipment shutdown.
Installation Requirements Mount on pipeline or pressure vessel with proper support; Install pressure snubber if pressure pulsation exists; Wiring terminal chamber seal cover must be fastened; Process thread sealant compatible with wetted material; Avoid mechanical stress transmitted to switch body from pipeline.
Precautions for Use Confirm wetted material compatibility with process medium before installation; Do not exceed maximum pressure rating; Adjust set point only under safe pressure condition; Regularly test switch action function; Prevent solid particles in fluid from damaging sensing diaphragm.
