Working Principle
Generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field at the probe tip. As the conductive shaft rotates, eddy currents are induced on the surface, changing the probe’s impedance proportionally to the gap distance.
Installation Requirements
Thread the probe into the bearing housing using the specified torque. Ensure the smooth section passes cleanly through the housing without binding.
Usage Precautions
Clean the mating threads and connector with an appropriate solvent before assembly. Apply thread sealant to prevent oil leakage into the housing.
