Functional Features Stable multi-channel isolated DC power output for MMS6000 measurement modules; over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature shutdown protection; power loss relay alarm contact output; built-in hardware self-monitoring; front panel power status LED indicator; surge suppression for input power line.
Application Scenarios MMS6000 machinery protection rack power supply for steam turbine; gas turbine monitoring cabinet; centrifugal compressor protection system; large fan and pump vibration monitoring rack in petrochemical and power station.
Performance Parameters Operating ambient temperature -20℃ to +70℃; storage temperature -40℃ to +85℃; relative humidity 5% to 95%, no condensation; power output stability meets API670 machinery protection requirement.
Material Composition Aluminum alloy front panel; multi-layer power conversion PCB; high-frequency switching power components; isolation transformers; electrolytic filter capacitors; protection fuses; electromechanical alarm relay; gold-plated backplane connectors.
Structural Characteristics Single slot plug-in rack module; front panel power LED indicator; rear gold finger connector connected to MMS6000 rack backplane; internal circuit layout separates input high voltage circuit and low voltage output circuit.
Working Principle Input AC or DC power enters power module. Switching power circuit converts input power into multiple isolated stable DC voltage. DC power distributes through rack backplane to each vibration and displacement monitoring module. Internal monitoring circuit detects output voltage, current and module temperature. When abnormal power condition appears, relay triggers power fault alarm.
Installation Requirements Cut off rack main power before inserting power module. Insert module into MMS6000 rack power slot and lock front latch. Connect main input power wiring to rack terminal block. Complete cabinet protective earthing. After power-on, verify all module power status and alarm function.
Usage Notes Check input power quality regularly. Do not hot swap power module while protection rack running. Replace fuse only with specified rated fuse. Keep ventilation space around module for heat dissipation.
