Performance Parameters
- Operating Temperature: 0℃ to 60℃
- Storage Temperature: -40℃ to 85℃
- Ingress Protection: IP20
- Power Supply & Consumption: 24VDC power supply, 10W power consumption
Material Composition
Housed in a durable die-cast aluminum enclosure designed to withstand G3-class harsh environments. Internal components are rigorously tested for industrial-grade protection.
Structural Characteristics
Measuring 140mm × 165mm × 45mm and weighing 0.6kg, the module features a compact footprint with precision backplane connectors that facilitate hot-swappable operations.
Working Principle
Two modules operate in parallel. The primary module executes control logic while continuously synchronizing data with the backup module. If a hardware fault occurs, the backup module instantly assumes control without interrupting the process.
Installation Requirements
Install on a compatible I/A Series baseplate. Ensure proper cabinet ventilation, maintain temperatures between 0℃ and 60℃, and configure redundant power supplies for maximum availability.
Usage Precautions
Never extract the primary module without prior software intervention. Always place the node in “Maintenance Mode” to trigger a controlled failover to the redundant module.
