- Black matte module housing for aesthetics and PCB protection
- Industrial-grade PCB with 27 electrolytic capacitors for power filtering
- Plug-in connector interface matching UR relay chassis backplane
- Front-mounted status LED for power indication
Working Principle: The module converts the high-voltage DC or AC input (125–250 V DC / 100–240 ) to regulated low-voltage DC outputs required by the UR relay’s internal modules. The switching power supply circuit provides galvanic isolation (2000 V AC) between the input and output, filtering input transients and delivering stable power to the CPU, CT/VT, and I/O modules. Installation Requirements:
- Open the hinged front panel of the UR relay to access the module rack
- Disconnect the old module and pull the insertion clip to remove it
- Insert the new UR1HH module into the correct slot
- Replace the module only with a similar module (note the slot position before removal)
- Close and secure the hinged front panel
Usage Notes:
- Replace the module only with an identical UR1HH or compatible high-voltage power supply module
- Record the slot position before removing an old module to avoid misplacement
- Verify input voltage matches the module rating (125–250 V DC or 100–240 V AC) before energizing
- Use EnerVista UR software to verify power supply status and diagnostics
- Ensure the UR relay chassis is de-energized before module replacement when possible
