Working Principle Safety output signal from FC-SDO-0824 module transmits through SIC ribbon cable to FC-TSDO-0824. Signal passes through channel fuse and surge suppression circuit, then outputs to field solenoid valves or safety relays. When short circuit occurs on field loop, channel fuse blows to isolate fault. Surge suppression diodes absorb reverse electromotive force generated by inductive coil during power cut-off. Load feedback signal returns to safety output module for circuit diagnosis.
Installation Requirements
- Mount FC-TSDO-0824 assembly on standard 35mm DIN rail inside control cabinet.
- Use shielded twisted pair cable for solenoid valve and safety relay wiring.
- Tighten terminal screws to specified torque value.
- Connect SIC ribbon cable to corresponding FC-SDO-0824 module correctly.
- Separate actuator cables from high power motor cables in cable tray.
- Complete protective earth connection for assembly housing.
- Perform channel trip test and fuse function test after wiring completion.
Usage Notes
- Cut off field loop power before replacing channel fuses.
- Replace fuses with same rated specification only.
