Working Principle
The drive converts 240/480V AC three-phase mains input to DC bus voltage through a rectifier stage with integrated EMI filtering. The DC bus powers a space-vector PWM inverter that generates precisely controlled three-phase AC for the servo motor. The DSP executes nested current, velocity, and position control loops. The integrated braking resistor dissipates regenerative energy during deceleration.
