Working Principle The drive receives command signals from a host controller through analog or digital interfaces. Internal digital signal processors execute current, velocity, and position loop algorithms. The sinusoidal PWM output stage converts DC bus voltage into three-phase AC power with precisely controlled amplitude and frequency. Resolver or encoder feedback from the motor provides closed-loop position information, enabling accurate trajectory following and disturbance rejection.
Installation Requirements
- Mount using DIN rail or panel mounting hardware
- Connect to 110/230 VAC three-phase supply with proper overcurrent protection
- Use shielded cables for motor power and feedback connections
- Ensure adequate ventilation for 3.5 kilogram thermal mass
Operating Precautions
- Verify motor compatibility including winding parameters and feedback type
- Configure servo tuning parameters to match mechanical load characteristics
- Monitor fault relay status for drive health indication
- Maintain parameter backups before modifications
