Performance Parameters
- LCD refresh rate: 2Hz
- Button response time: Less than 100ms
- Communication baud rate: 9600bps internal serial bus
- Operating power consumption: Less than 2mA
Material Composition
- PCB substrate: FR-4 flame retardant printed circuit board with conformal coating
- Display module: Industrial segment LCD
- Button assembly: Polyester membrane switch
- Drive chip: LCD segment driver IC
- Connector: Gold plated pin header
- Protective film: Transparent scratch resistant plastic window
Structural Characteristics Thin rectangular PCB assembly matched with ND9000 front cover cutout. LCD screen aligns with front transparent viewing window. Membrane buttons are arranged on lower part of PCB. Gold plated pin header connects to main control board via short internal harness. The whole assembly is sealed behind front cover to isolate from process gas, dust and moisture.
Working Principle A413150 receives valve operating data from A413146 main control board through internal serial communication. LCD driver chip refreshes screen content to present travel, pressure and fault information. When field technician presses membrane button, button signal is sent to main control board. Main board executes selected operation such as auto-calibration or parameter modification and returns updated data to display board. The board continuously monitors communication link and triggers display warning when communication interruption occurs.
Installation Requirements
- Remove ND9000 positioner front cover and old display assembly.
- Mount A413150 onto front cover mounting posts and align LCD with viewing window.
- Connect internal communication harness between A413150 and main control board.
- Reinstall front cover and sealing gasket.
- Power on positioner and verify LCD screen and button functions.
- Test full stroke calibration through local button operation.
Usage Precautions
- Do not apply heavy pressure on membrane buttons. Excessive force damages membrane switch.
- Avoid scratching transparent LCD viewing window.
- Use anti-static protection during replacement. Static discharge damages display driver chip.
- Do not expose board to liquid or corrosive gas.
- Replace whole assembly when LCD segment failure or button malfunction appears. No field component repair.
- Confirm connector fully seated to avoid intermittent communication.
