Working Principle: HART smart transmitter outputs 4-20mA analog signal with superimposed HART digital signal. The signal is transmitted to A413665 module through supporting terminal base. The module extracts analog process value and decodes HART digital information. All data is uploaded to DCS controller through backplane bus. The module detects loop fault and uploads instrument diagnostic alarm.
Installation Requirements: Install in designated slot of Metso DNA I/O rack and match with original HART terminal base. Use HART dedicated twisted shielded cable. Shield layer adopts single-point grounding. Ensure loop resistance meets HART communication requirement. Cabinet protective grounding terminal must be connected reliably.
Precautions for Use: Check loop resistance before power on to guarantee HART communication quality. Cut off instrument loop power before wiring. Do not access high voltage signal to input channel. Cut off rack backplane power before module disassembly. Check terminal tightness regularly. Keep cabinet humidity stable without condensation.
