Working Principle: Field transmitters and thermocouple signals are sent to A413654 module through supporting terminal base. Thermocouple signal is compensated by built-in cold junction circuit. ADC chip converts analog signal into digital value. Digital data is uploaded to DCS controller through backplane bus. The module detects loop break, over-range fault and uploads alarm information.
Installation Requirements: Install in designated slot of Metso DNA I/O rack and match with original terminal base. Use twisted shielded cable for analog signal wiring. Shield layer adopts single-point grounding. Signal cables and power cables are laid in separate trunking. Cabinet protective grounding terminal must be connected reliably.
Precautions for Use: Confirm signal type and wiring polarity before power on. Cut off field loop power before wiring. Do not access high voltage signal to analog input channel. Cut off backplane power before module disassembly. Check terminal tightness regularly. Prevent cabinet internal condensation.
