Material Composition: Glass fiber epoxy multilayer PCB circuit board; high-performance industrial processor chip; high-capacity storage chip; gold-plated backplane connector; metal front panel; circuit board coated with three-proof protective coating for moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion.
Structural Features: Rack plug-in modular structure; front panel equipped with LED indicators for power, running, master/slave status and fault alarm; rear gold-plated connector connects to system backplane bus; internal circuit separates core computing unit and communication unit; panel fitted with mechanical locking buckle.
Working Principle: Master controller executes real-time control logic and collects I/O data through backplane bus. Slave controller keeps synchronous data backup with master controller all the time. Hardware watchdog continuously monitors the operating state of master controller. Once master controller fails, the system triggers automatic switching. Slave controller immediately takes over all control tasks without interruption of process control.
Installation Requirements: Install two DPU-MR modules in designated redundant slots of MaxPAC main rack. Match with redundant power supply module. Use dedicated communication cable for system network connection. The cabinet protective grounding terminal must be connected reliably. Reserve sufficient ventilation space around the module for heat dissipation.
Precautions for Use: Cut off rack backplane power before module disassembly. Wear anti-static wristband during operation. Regularly check the synchronization status of master and slave controllers. Keep the cabinet humidity between 20% and 80% without condensation. Prevent dust accumulation on the surface of controller board.
