Description
METSO A413313
Technical Specifications: 8-channel relay output; Form-C contact type; single contact rated load 5A; backplane 24VDC power supply; rack plug-in installation; operating temperature range 0℃ to +55℃; each channel LED status indicator; protection class IP20.
Functional Features: Passive dry contact output; each channel independent relay isolation; module hardware self-diagnosis; contact state LED indication; single-channel fault isolation without affecting other channels; upload fault alarm to DCS host monitoring system.
Application Scenarios: Safety interlock output cabinet in chemical plant; auxiliary equipment alarm signal cabinet in thermal power plant; sequence control cabinet in pulp and paper factory; alarm light and relay drive cabinet in water treatment plant.
Performance Parameters: Relay mechanical life reaches millions of switching cycles; stable contact resistance; good insulation performance when contact is disconnected; meet industrial EMC anti-interference standards; support 7×24 hours uninterrupted continuous operation.
Material Composition: Glass fiber epoxy multilayer PCB circuit board; industrial electromagnetic relay; gold-plated edge connector; metal front panel; circuit board coated with three-proof protective coating.
Structural Features: Rack plug-in modular structure; front panel equipped with LED indicators for power, running and channel fault status; rear gold-plated edge connector connects to DCS rack backplane bus; relay power circuit and system logic circuit are physically separated; panel fitted with mechanical locking buckle.
Working Principle: DCS controller sends on-off command to A413313 module through backplane bus. The internal relay coil gets energized or de-energized. Relay contact completes pull-in or disconnection action and outputs passive dry contact signal to external load. The module monitors relay working state and uploads fault alarm when contact abnormality occurs.
Installation Requirements: Install in designated slot of Metso DNA I/O rack and match with original terminal base. Load wiring and signal wiring are laid in separate trunking. Cabinet protective grounding terminal must be connected reliably. Do not exceed rated contact load.
Precautions for Use: Check external load parameters strictly before wiring. Cut off backplane power and external load power before module disassembly. Check relay contact ablation regularly. Prevent heavy dust accumulation on module. Enable cabinet dehumidification device under high humidity working condition.
