Application Scenarios Industrial automation equipment power supply, communication base station power system, battery charging equipment, industrial laser equipment, factory test bench power supply, special industrial control cabinet power supply.

Performance Parameters Output voltage ripple and noise are controlled within low amplitude range, which will not interfere with precision control circuits. The protection circuit responds instantly under short-circuit and overload conditions, and automatically recovers after the fault is removed. Long-term continuous operation maintains stable output voltage without obvious drift. High temperature working environment keeps efficiency stable without sharp attenuation. The magnetic components have low aging rate, ensuring long service life of the whole power module.

Material Composition Outer housing: Black metal aluminum alloy shell with surface oxidation treatment. Main PCB board: FR4 thick copper industrial printed circuit board with conformal coating. Magnetic core component: High-frequency low-loss ferrite core, enameled copper winding. Core electronic components: High-power switching MOS tube, rectifier diode, electrolytic capacitor, sampling and control IC, EMI filter inductor. Fasteners: Anti-rust metal screws. Internal insulating parts: High temperature resistant flame-retardant insulating plastic.

Structural Features Flat rectangular metal chassis structure, reserved mounting holes at the four corners of the shell for fixed installation inside the cabinet. Internal layout partitions the high-voltage input area, power conversion area and low-voltage output area to reduce electromagnetic crosstalk. Heat dissipation fins are integrated on the metal shell, matched with fan forced air cooling. Input and output terminals are arranged on the edge of the shell for convenient wiring. High-voltage and low-voltage circuits are separated by insulating baffles to improve safety isolation performance.

Working Principle After the AC power is input, it passes through the EMI filter circuit to filter out grid interference signals, then enters the rectifier and PFC power factor correction circuit to convert alternating current into stable high-voltage direct current. The high-voltage DC is sent to the high-frequency switching circuit, which drives the high-frequency transformer to complete voltage conversion. The secondary side of the transformer outputs low-voltage alternating current, which becomes stable 56VDC direct current after rectification and filtering. The sampling circuit continuously monitors the output voltage and current, feeds back the signal to the control chip, and adjusts the switching duty cycle in real time to stabilize the output. When overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature or short circuit occurs, the control chip immediately cuts off the switching drive signal to stop power output for protection.

Installation Requirements Install the module in the cabinet by screws, ensure the shell is fixed firmly without shaking. Reserve sufficient air flow space around the module, and install cooling fan according to the cooling air path requirement. Use wires with sufficient current-carrying capacity for input and output wiring, and tighten terminal screws. Separate the power wiring from weak signal control cables, and place them in different wire ducts. Check the input and output wiring carefully before power-on to prevent reverse wiring and short circuit.

Usage Precautions All wiring and disassembly operations must be carried out under power-off state. Do not cover the air inlet and outlet of the cooling air channel, otherwise over-temperature protection will be triggered. Regularly check whether the terminal screws are loose and whether the fan operates normally in high-vibration working conditions. It is forbidden to operate beyond the rated output current for a long time. Avoid condensation on the module surface in high humidity environment. The module must be replaced with the same model when damaged; other power modules with different parameters cannot be directly substituted.
