Functional Features Enhanced current sharing circuit ensures uniform load distribution when multiple modules work in parallel. Active PFC function reduces harmonic pollution to the power grid and improves power utilization efficiency. Complete multi-protection functions including overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature and short-circuit protection. Power good relay signal outputs real-time power normal state to the upper control system. Remote enable terminal supports the host system to remotely start and stop the power module. Built-in EMI filter circuit meets industrial electromagnetic compatibility standards. The magnetic components are designed to resist mechanical vibration of industrial equipment.

Application Scenarios Industrial control cabinet redundant power supply, energy storage equipment auxiliary power supply, large automated production line, industrial test equipment, factory central power distribution system, heavy machinery control power supply.

Performance Parameters The current sharing error is kept within the specified range when multiple modules run in parallel. The power factor is stable under full load operation. The protection circuit triggers quickly when faults occur, and the module can automatically recover after removing external faults. The output voltage has low variation with input voltage fluctuation and load change. The power good status signal has strong anti-interference ability and will not be mis-triggered in complex electromagnetic environment.

Material Composition Shell: Aluminum alloy metal shell with anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment. PCB: Thick copper FR4 multi-layer industrial printed circuit board with conformal coating. Magnetic components: Low-loss high-frequency ferrite core and high temperature resistant enameled wire winding. Core electronic components: PFC control chip, high-frequency power switching tube, high-frequency transformer, current sharing control circuit, filter capacitor, sampling and protection circuit, status relay. Fasteners: Stainless steel anti-vibration screws. Insulating materials: Flame retardant and high temperature resistant insulating film and plastic brackets.

Structural Features Rectangular metal chassis structure, with mounting holes on the edge for fixed installation inside the cabinet. Internal air duct structure guides cooling air to pass through high heat generating components. High voltage and low voltage circuits are separated by insulating baffles to improve safety and reduce interference. Input, output, remote control and current sharing signal terminals are arranged on the side of the shell. Independent current sharing signal interface is reserved for parallel connection between modules. Temperature sensing elements are installed near high-power components for real-time temperature monitoring.

Working Principle After the AC power enters the module, it passes through EMI filter and active PFC circuit to form stable high-voltage DC bus. The high-frequency inverter circuit converts DC to high-frequency AC, which is transformed by high-frequency transformer, rectified and filtered to obtain stable DC output. The built-in current sharing circuit collects the output current of each parallel module, dynamically adjusts the output of each module to realize balanced load distribution. The sampling circuit monitors voltage, current and temperature signals in real time. When the module runs normally, the power good relay is closed to send the normal power signal. When over-temperature, overvoltage, overcurrent or short circuit fault occurs, the main control chip cuts off the power conversion circuit and changes the power good status signal to alarm the upper system.

Installation Requirements Fix the module to the cabinet bottom plate with screws to ensure firm installation. Configure the cooling fan according to the air duct direction of the module. Select power cables with sufficient rated current for input and output wiring, and tighten all terminals. When multiple modules are connected in parallel, connect the dedicated current sharing signal cable between each module. Separate the routing of power cables and weak signal control cables. Complete wiring inspection and short circuit test before power-on.

Usage Precautions All wiring and maintenance work must be completed under power-off state. Do not block the air inlet and outlet of the cooling air channel. Regularly check the fan operation and terminal tightness in high vibration environment. Forbid use in environments with condensation, corrosive gas and conductive dust. When replacing the module in the parallel redundant system, it must use the model with drawing number 80026-172-03. Do not use PM3398B modules without enhanced current sharing circuit for mixed parallel operation.
