Working Principle:
The electric motor converts electrical energy into rotational mechanical energy. This rotation is transmitted through the integrated gear reducer, which steps down the speed and proportionally increases the output torque according to the gear ratio. The final output is delivered through the output shaft at the desired speed and torque for the driven equipment.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount on a rigid, vibration-free base or structure
- Ensure proper alignment between the gearmotor output and the driven equipment
- Maintain adequate ventilation clearance around the housing for heat dissipation
- Connect power supply according to the nameplate voltage and connection diagram
- Verify correct rotation direction before connecting to the load
- Use appropriate fasteners with specified torque values
Usage Precautions:
- Do not exceed the rated power and torque specifications
- Verify the lubrication level in the gear reducer before initial startup
- Monitor operating temperature during the first hours of operation
- Perform periodic inspection of gear oil condition and level
- Ensure proper grounding of the motor frame
- Avoid operation in environments exceeding the specified ambient temperature range
- Never operate with a blocked or jammed output shaft
